Application Process

How to Apply:

The online application process has changed slightly for 2008. Please read this entire section before applying.

Online: CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE NOW!  (scroll down to read more if you are new to this process)

How to Apply Online: Families may apply and pay for camp online through our online application partner, Infosnap.

  1. You will be asked to create an account (an adult in the family should be the account holder). Or sign in using the account you created last year.

  2. Next, add children (campers) to the account.

  3. Continue through the registration process. Repeat as necessary for each child you are enrolling.

  4. Please be careful to make TWO selections for a first and second choice for camp sessions. The screens for this are a little confusing. Remember to scroll down the page to get to the second choice options.

  5. Submit your application and then you will go on to the payment screens where you can submit the $35 administrative fee and the $250 deposit. To pay online, read on...

Paying online: After you finish the application process and submit the application, click on the payment link to continue to the online payment section.  Please pay the application fee and the deposit together online (total of $285).

Acceptance Policy

We believe that our programs work best and change lives most profoundly when campers are able to return year after year. We are also committed to serving children within the Baltimore Yearly Meeting. Therefore, priority is given in this order: returning campers and campers wishing to move between programs, BYM Quakers, other Quakers, and others.

Because our camps fill quickly, your prompt response is important. We try hard to accept as many children as possible. The more flexibility you can offer us the better. Indicating different session choices, and being able to come later in the summer (third session) will help. If you only indicate one choice, you may not get in, even if you are a returning camper. Please indicate and rank alternate session choices only if you are able to accept a choice other than your first choice. Please do not ask us to switch your session after assignments are made.  Directors reserve the right to deny acceptance to any applicant.
